    Latest rules, form by form

    Every Indian service VFS handles in Australia, checked Oct 2026 against the current checklists and portal instructions linked on each card.

    What changed in the latest checklists: Passport photo uploads are now capped at 250 KB (older guides say 500 KB), and the GPSP signature upload must be under 100 KB. Passport, PCC and Surrender applications in Australia now ask for 35 × 45 mm prints, not 2×2. ICAO passport photo rules have been enforced worldwide since 1 Sep 2025 — most pre-2025 photos no longer pass.
